Buy a Condo in Singapore
In short, my wife and I become PR in Singapore at May 2021. We then decide to buy a house here for a more stable life. After considerations, we bought The Woodleight Residence. The location is near the cental of Singapore, Google Map . There is also a 3D Demo for take a virtual look of it.
Why Woodleight Residence?
First, the general critials for us are listed below.

| Project | A good project that is on top of the MRT, which is more important to be freehold vs 99-lease hold. The project size also important that 665 units are a decent number. We also want new house that it should top from 2018 onward. |
| Unit | 2 Bath Room. High Floor. Larget that 700 sqrt. Price is below 1.5 million SGD |

Lots of projects are considered, like Park colonial, great sengang residence, poiz residence and …etc. Eventually, base on the supply and market, we decided to upgrade a bit on our budgets and go for a 2 bed unit with lake view at woodleight residence. The top is targeted around SEP 2023. We are looking forward to it.
